Rich Kirk of Anchorage in the NAPA dragster took first place in Top Eliminator class with a speed of 220.63 mph. Willie Brown celebrated his birthday by winning Top Dragster class for the second week in a row, but Amanda Reimann (who, at 16-- is 1/3 his age) finished second again. Skip Gosh of Palmer took first in Top ET, while Ron Bowerman of Anchorage settled for second after winning for the past two weeks. It was Camaro vs. Camaro in the Mod ET class with Dwayne Lile of Anchorage beating Rick Nissen of Chugiak. A faster reaction time helped Harold Pigott of Palmer beat Art Normand of Houston in the Super class. Kayla MacDonald traveled down from Fairbanks to take home the Junior Dragster trophy by besting Josh Mommsen of Anchorage.
